This Privacy Policy explains how Saleh Halfi ("I", "me", "the site") collects and uses your personal data when you visit salehhalfi.com or contact me through it.
Who is responsible

What I collect
When you use the contact or application form: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
When you book a call: the details you provide through the scheduling link (powered by Google Calendar), such as your name, email, and chosen time.
When you subscribe to updates: your email address.
Automatically, when you browse: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring page, collected through analytics and the site host. Some of this is collected through cookies.
I do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data through this site.
Why I use it
To reply to your message and assess whether I can help.
To schedule and hold a conversation you requested.
To send you occasional updates, only if you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.
Legal basis
For visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom, I rely on your consent (for example, for analytics cookies and for marketing emails) and on my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the site. For visitors in Morocco, processing follows Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Who I share it with
I do not sell your data. I use a small number of service providers who process data on my behalf:
Framer, which hosts the site.
Google, for scheduling (Calendar) and for site analytics.

These providers may process data outside your country. Where that involves a transfer out of the EU or Morocco, it is covered by the providers' own safeguards.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for analytics through Google Tag Manager. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Essential cookies needed for the site to function cannot be disabled.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Analytics data is kept for a limited period. Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop using it. Email saleh@salehhalfi.com and I will respond. EU and UK visitors have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Visitors in Morocco have rights under Law 09-08 and may contact the CNDP.

I take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at anyone under 16.
