Situation
Zarlige was a Moroccan craftsmanship brand with deep cultural roots and no commercial strategy for international markets. Beautiful product. No positioning, no distribution, no narrative that would resonate outside Morocco.
The Real Problem
The craft was world-class. The business model wasn’t. Cultural heritage alone doesn’t open doors in the luxury market. You need a narrative identity, a distribution strategy, and an experience that justifies the price point.
The Move
Repositioned the brand into the luxury interiors space. Built the narrative identity, international distribution strategy, and client experience from scratch. Exhibited at Maison & Objet Paris in September 2024, opening the door to international collaborations and positioning Zarlige within the global design ecosystem.

A Moroccan artisanal brand standing in the same room as global luxury houses. International collaborations initiated. Exited 2024.
