Situation
After delivering 230% of their revenue target, Vivo Energy’s Moroccan operation hit an invisible ceiling. The team had won. And winning can make them slow.
The Real Problem
Success had become the baseline. An over 500-person organization measuring itself against its own peak rather than the next horizon. No external pressure, no urgency. Just a collective drift toward protecting what existed. Standard incentive structures don’t fix this. The mindset itself had to be rebuilt.
The Move
Designed a strategic immersion using aerospace engineering as the operative framework. Specifically, how systems are designed to transcend physical constraints. The annual gathering didn’t analyze what had been achieved. It built the commercial architecture for what came next. Teams left with concrete diversification models, not inspiration.
What Changed
New non-fuel retail and F&B partnerships initiated directly from the workshops. Revenue momentum sustained and redirected. The organization stopped treating its last win as a destination and started treating it as a launchpad.
